"Modem is just okay, but support was inconsistent"
The modem works most of the time, but the WiFi does drop randomly here and there, which gets annoying. I also got inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out what was going on, so that didn’t really help. Overall, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t say I’m impressed.

"Pretty happy with my NBN most nights"
I’ve found the NBN speeds to be solid most of the time. There have been a couple of evenings where it slowed down a bit, but from my experience it’s been reliable overall and I’m happy with it.

Well... it works fine most of the day, but during peak hours at night it can get a little patchy and slow sometimes.

I’ve been with Superloop for a while now, the outages lately are starting to wear me down. The internet drops out more often than it should, and then getting updates from support feels slower than it needs to be. Like, why does staying connected have to be this complicated? When it’s working, it’s totally fine, but at this point it just doesn’t feel reliable enough for me.

I needed to change my plan and it was simple enough to do. The options made sense for what I needed, so I was able to pick one without much hassle.

"Activated way quicker than I thought"
I signed up with superloop expecting the usual waiting around, maybe a day or two, but it was active way faster than I had in my head. Got the email, plugged the gear in, checked a couple of things, and then suddenly the internet was working, which caught me off guard a bit.
Pretty happy with it so far. The setup was smooth, no long phone calls, no back and forth, and I didn’t have to chase anyone up. I know it’s early days, but as a first impression it’s been a really good start

"Bills have been spot on so far"
Been with Superloop a few months now. Billing’s been simple and clear.
No random add-ons, no odd invoice changes like my last provider. Amount’s what I expect, and it shows up on time.
Not much to add. It works, I don’t have to chase anyone, and that’s good enough for me.

The speed has been great so far, that’s all most people are asking for, reliable internet that works when you need it. It feels good to get the service you’re paying for without any hassle...

I’ve been with superloop for a little while now, the wi-fi’s been really good. It’s steady around the house, and it doesn’t keep dropping out like my old one used to. Streaming’s been fine, work calls are smooth, and the kids can game without complaining every five minutes. So yeah, happy with it so far

"Canceling was surprisingly straightforward"
I tend to notice patterns with these things, and canceling usually means hunting through menus or sitting through some kind of hassle. This time it was different. I canceled online in just a few minutes, didn’t run into any fuss, and got the confirmation right away.

"Good communication when there was an issue"
I had a connection issue and, their communication was good. Good and easy to follow. I got updates without having to keep chasing, and they explained what was going on in normal words, not confusing tech stuff. The problem got sorted in the end, so I’m happy with how they handled it

Overall, the coverage seems good to me. I can usually tell quickly when a service is reliable, and this one feels solid most of the time. It does drop a little here and there, but nothing that’s been a huge deal for me

I was able to manage my plan without any trouble, and the account page felt straightforward. The only thing I noticed was that logging in was slow one time, so I’ll be keeping an eye on whether that was just a one-off or a pattern

"Refund finally came through, just took a while"
I cancelled my service and requested a refund, and it did eventually show up, but it took longer than I expected. I had to check in a couple of times because the updates were kind of vague, and I kept thinking maybe it was being processed, or maybe not, anyway, support was polite when they replied. They just weren’t very fast. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but the whole thing could definitely be smoother.

"The install really dragged on"
The install took way longer than I expected, and the whole thing just felt kind of chaotic. I can’t really explain it, but it left me feeling frustrated.

"Portal just feels clunky"
The internet itself has been mostly fine, but my gut feeling every time I open the Superloop app or portal is that it’s going to be a hassle. It takes ages to load, some pages just sit there hanging, and finding things like invoices or plan details isn’t as straightforward as it should be. Last time I even had to log in twice for no obvious reason. It really just needs to feel easier and less frustrating to use

It’s been working fine for me. Like, nothing fancy to explain really — the connection just stays up and I haven’t had it randomly drop out. Been using it every day and so far it’s been steady.

Support was alright once they got back to me, but the replies took way longer than I expected. I kind of regret not checking how responsive they were before reaching out because the waiting made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Tech support actually helped me out"
My connection dropped out after I changed my router, and I was expecting the usual annoying back-and-forth. But the Superloop support guy was really clear, didn’t talk down to me, and actually stayed on the chat while I tried everything.
It was sorted in about 20 minutes, and he explained what had gone wrong in plain English. Super happy with the help, made the whole thing way less of a headache.
